Honestly, I'd give no stars if it was possible. The level of customer service has absolutely plummeted over the past number of years. It is to the point where you can not trust this company. They claim their website shows "in stock" items when they are not actually in stock. If an item is out of stock or "incoming", you can not even trust the wait times for availability.Their "customer service" people outright lie to customers. I placed an order with a "wait time". The out of stock product was supposed to be "in stock" in 2-3 weeks and a few other items, 2 to 3 months. Well, 9 plus MONTHS later, I was still waiting. When I messaged them to inquire how much longer and questioned them on their "wait times", I was told that those were only estimated. Seriously??? 2 to 3 months is one thing (and that comes across as an estimate), but 9 plus months later? Give me a break.Even getting your money refunded is a challenge. When I cancelled my order, I was very clear and explicitly told them to REFUND MY CREDIT CARD. Instead, they put my refund as a store credit. How dare they ignore a customer's direction, especially after keeping me waiting for an excessive period of time and still not having the product available. Talk about arrogance. It took several messages to finally get the money refunded to my credit card (had to threaten to take action against them to get the money refunded - even then, they dragged their rear ends on that).That experience was not the first I had with this company, but it certainly was the LAST!Even now, if you look at their website, they offer things with "free shipping" yet still charge you a shipping fee when you go to place/finalize the order. Talk about misleading and false advertising - I am sure that LuckyModel has a whole chapter devoted to them in that book!No, there was a time when I would have spoken quite highly of LuckyModel, now, I would not recommend them to anyone.Go elsewhere for your hobby needs, even if it costs you a little more, it's worth it to save yourself the headaches and aggravation that these people cause.
