I have been a customer with LuckyModel for two and a half years now. Prices are good, but the policies and stock information is plain awful. An item listed as "In Stock" very often is actually not and you have to wait months before you get it (if you get it at all!). But they charge you right away for all items! It happened to me when an item was listed as "One week restock" and I waited NINE MONTHS but the item never got in stock at all, so I had to ask for refund. The refund policy is terrible - they DON'T refund shipping portion for the items that they never shipped, so you will end up paying double and triple shipping for the items that they actually send. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Lucky Model!
