After I won, all communication stopped. Emails and calls went unanswered. I strongly recommend steering clear of this site; customer service seems to operate only when you are depositing money. I used cryptocurrency for my payment, and the payout was promised to take 72 hours. Since December 13th, I've only encountered empty assurances. Initially, they responded, but now they ignore my emails. December 13th was my birthday, and despite a small win, they can't even process that payout. It's nothing but a scam.
