Once I won, all communication ceased. Emails and calls went unanswered. I recommend avoiding this platform; customer service only seems to be active when money is being sent. I paid with cryptocurrency, and the payout was supposed to take 72 hours. Since December 13th, I've heard nothing but empty promises. They initially responded, but now they won't even reply to emails. December 13th was my birthday, and even though I won a small amount, they can't fulfill that payout. It's a total scam.
