I love playing on luckyrush I literally spend a couple hundred a day but lately every time I try to redeem there is “some kind of problem” every time lately! It’s getting out of control!
They no longer offer “push to card” they ONLY offer “push to bank” which takes 1-3 days which we all know means 3days most the time! But now not only is there that problem I’ve been messaging customer service literally all day long prob since 9am this morning here it is 12:39 am so over 12 hours and I have gotten the same exact response for every single question u ask they just reword it. It’s crazy! The responses are the following “we will get back with you once we hear back from our finance team” rest assured you will get your redemptions” “please and thank you for your patience and understanding “ etc. blah blah blah
But here is my main problem which is why I’m posting this review…
They told me that they had done everything from their side so I’m just waiting so I messaged my bank which led to a 20min phone call with them telling me if they had sent the money then they would be able to see the pending deposit from the their (the banks) side. I wouldn’t be able to see it in balance yet but they would be able to see it from their side as a pending deposit but they didn’t see anything from them so I message lucky rush back and had a few message back and forth so I asked for a confirmation receipt like my bank told me to get if they had already sent the money and then to call my bank with it so finally after I believe 4hours of waiting for the receipt I finally messaged them again about the receipt I had been waiting on and they finally sent me a picture of a “confirmation receipt” which on the receipt it clearly state “sent to recipient” (which recipient would be me) 2/20/2025 at 2:35 so I called my bank and was now mad at my bank for making me look stupid because they had told me lucky rush hadn’t sent no money so on but they had now sent me a confirmation receipt blah blah blah but my bank was adamant they have not got anything from them so multiple messages back and forth with luckyrush they now are saying they haven’t sent the money to my bank that they are waiting on their bank to process it. So your telling me that you not only lied to me all day prior to that moment saying yall had sent it to my bank and had done everything yall needed to do from y’all’s side, you also sent me a fake confirmation receipt??? Now that’s where I draw the line!!! That is complete bullcrap and NOT COOL AT ALL!!!
You can’t lie to a customer and then also on top of that send them a fake confirmation receipt!!!
Sorry for the long review but this is complete bullcrap and fraud!!!
