When working I would give the grinder 5 stars unfortunately the charging wire is not good quality. After maximum of 5 uses the wire is now not working I have always had to position it carefully to allow charge I have emailed lucky tail and will update this when I know how good there customer services are.Update Adam at customer services always replied to my emails quickly, although I’m still waiting for my replacement wire 3 weeks after my original email, I will update this if and when it arrives.My new charging wire has arrived thank you Adam for the great customer service. My dog Flynn always hated having his nails done but now sits quietly allowing me to grind his nails a great device that makes my life a lot easier!
