I ordered it October 3rd on October 4th I received an email notification that it was shipped with a tracking number. Every time I try to track in the USPS website I received a message that it wasn't available at this time so when I talked to them they said the package has never reached them that a shipping label only was made. It is now October 30th and I still have nothing. The company keeps blaming shipping on covid-19, stuff that I ordered a week ago has come to me from USPS this is ridiculous.
