Ordered a nail grinder from them online as my puppy and they immediately try and sell you a video on how to use their product!!? then when they've taken your money they tell you that you might be waiting 25 days for delivery. Waste of time I'll have to buy another product while I'm waiting. AVOID. Trying to get a cancellation and a refund, no idea how long that will take.
