I don't usually complain about betting sites because its up to me to gamble or not. This one however left me furious. First they decide with no explanation that I'm not entitled to the welcome bonus then when I admit defeat and decide to withdraw I find that the minimum withdrawal is £20. They had no problem accepting a £10 deposit though. I've lost a lot of money on gaming sites. This is the first time I feel like I've thrown money away. I'll never use again.

As online casinos go I've found Lucky Vegas which is part of Skill on Net much better than average. Noting that this is an adult entertainment site rules have to be followed. The rules sometimes are annoying but are in place for a reason. Overall the staff are polite and the experience is a good one.
I will never use this site again! I opened an account with them then I was asked for my ID and source of funds which I submitted, I played again after three months I was told I have to send source of funds again now, so because of that I can’t withdraw my money still. Playing should be fun but they make it hard for you to even enjoy a bit of it especially if you winning. Take the customer service hours to reply back and they don’t even bother to help you with it.
