Both USPS and the support team assured me it would arrive by now, but the estimated delivery kept changing, initially set for December 18. While I appreciate USPS workers, the service is notoriously unreliable during the holidays, which everyone knows. I strongly advise against ordering from this company if you need something by a specific date, even within a month. The shipping takes a long time, and they use a service with a poor reputation. I plan to return all items unless a miracle occurs and they arrive today, just in time for the Christmas Eve gathering. Now I have to resort to last-minute, uninspired gift cards for everyone.
