Frustrating Experience with Delayed Shipping

I ordered several Christmas-themed sweatshirts on December 6. The company shipped them via USPS, and as of December 24, I still haven't received my order. Both USPS and the support team assured me I would have them by now, but the estimated delivery date kept changing, initially set for December 18. While I appreciate the efforts of USPS workers, the service is known for being unreliable during the holidays, which is common knowledge. I advise against ordering from this company if you need items by a specific date, even if it's within a month. Not only does it take a long time for the company to ship the order, but when they do, it's with a shipping service that has a poor track record. I plan to return all the items unless a miracle happens and they arrive today, just in time for the Christmas Eve gathering where I intended to distribute them. Now I’ll have to settle for last-minute, uninspired gift cards for everyone. Thank you for lacking the foresight to ensure timely delivery for your customers.

Website is Misleading

The website is quite misleading. I placed three orders for seven items before December 8, and none arrived in the promised 7-10 days. They didn't ship via USPS as expected; instead, they used DHL with USPS delivery, and tracking info was only available upon delivery. Additionally, the items did not originate from Wisconsin as stated but were shipped from Whittier, CA. One of the shirts I received had smeared ink right in the middle, which is impossible to hide and cannot be replaced in time for the holiday. Although I got emails offering discounts for future orders, they weren't for the items I selected, just random suggestions. Customer service is unreachable outside of email. The company could easily update their website and advertising to prevent this confusion for future customers. Despite the cute items, the frustration outweighs the charm when the service doesn't align with the claims.

Great Support for Pre-Order Questions

I was excited about ordering some shirts for Halloween and wanted them in time. The size chart looked good, but it’s hard to judge how a size will fit on different body types.
