Both USPS and the support team assured me I would have them by now, but the estimated delivery date kept changing, initially set for December 18. While I appreciate the efforts of USPS workers, the service is known for being unreliable during the holidays, which is common knowledge. I advise against ordering from this company if you need items by a specific date, even if it's within a month. Not only does it take a long time for the company to ship the order, but when they do, it's with a shipping service that has a poor track record. I plan to return all the items unless a miracle happens and they arrive today, just in time for the Christmas Eve gathering where I intended to distribute them. Now I’ll have to settle for last-minute, uninspired gift cards for everyone. Thank you for lacking the foresight to ensure timely delivery for your customers.
