When I ordered a necklace from Ludovic, I was told my price would be $508.05 and nothing more. When UPS came, they told me here would be a $48.50 customs fee I had to pay before they could give me the necklace. Long story short, I was assured that the fee would be refunded to me. They did refund the fee, but after returning the necklace, I’m told that they have given me a store credit for that amount. After much back and forth with them, they are refunding the fee.
