I looked at a lot of sites for lab diamonds and moissanite and Ludovic stood out as having the best designs and best prices. I ordered a large 3 stone lab diamond ring (4 ct center, 1 ct side stones) - it magificent! came two days early, too. The customer service was wonderful and the packaging superb - it did require signature with iD to the fed ex driver. The band is a little thin but it is very comfortable to wear. I cant stop looking at it! I want to buy more - their designs are so beautiful!
Initially, I wasn't fond of the design as the stone seemed oversized. I contacted the support team, not anticipating much, but they were incredibly friendly and assisted me in adjusting the stone size. They even refunded the price difference, and I only covered the return label and delivery, which felt very reasonable. What an amazing company!
Excellent experience from beginning to end. I purchased a ring and the stone ended up being a little larger than I liked. The took the ring back, added a smaller stone and made it perfect for me. Their customer service was incredibly responsive and kept me updated along the way and always responded to questions within hours. The ring is absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
