Rubbish customer services, couldn't find a phone number for them and the online chat is a nightmare. The flight was rescheduled but the additional baggage didn't automatically transfer over. They couldn't resolve the problem via the chat and had to get a different department to sort it out. I've been left in limbo now worrying that I'll be charged extra when I get to the airport. British Airways are so much better when you have a problem.
