I flew with them on 28/02/2026 @ 10.05 Frankfurt to Dublin. When prepare to land, I had my iPad on my lap, this male air attendant came past by me and asked me to put it in my bag. My instant was to leave it in the front seat pocket cuz it was easier. Then in a sudden he shouted at me “ that’s not ur bag!!” I got shocked cuz I’ve done it before and had no problem with other airline and never been shouted by an air attendant with other airline neither. So I bent down to get my bag of cuz I didn’t look happy. Then this attendant started to shout at me again saying” you shouldn’t talk to me like that blah blah blah..” god sake I wasn’t even talking to him… i told him I wasn’t talking to him at all he then walked away. When leaving the plane he was at the door, so I went to him try to get his name. He then smiled and told me he left a note about me. It is all just ridiculous, if they check the camera, I did what he asked me to do and wasn’t talking to him at all. It was all just him there putting on a show. And apparently I asked the other staff and saying that he was the one in charge, what a joke. It’s really worrying me now cuz I have two other round trips booked with them, I really don’t wanna fly with Lufthansa ever in my life. You will get in trouble just cuz u didn’t look happy…well it could also probably because I was an Asian woman with two kids, and he was a talk Caucasian male??…racism and discrimination could also be the reason I wonder…

horrible service. rude flight attendants. person behind me kept kicking the seat and the person in front of me put the seat so far back the screen was in my face — obviously you’re allowed to do this but i felt so claustrophobic and had so much anxiety i went and sat in the bathroom. the flight attendant didn’t help at all. pathetic airline. this isn’t my first time flying with them but every time the same things happen and the service just keeps getting worse.

Worst than a budget airline. Incredible incompetent and clueless customer service. Significantly let down. Use Lufthansa if you want a disrupted and frustrating holiday. Waste of money and time. Flight was cancelled and no follow up, compensation or refund whatsoever.

Had to travel to my father's funeral who passed away suddenly. Baggage wasn't loaded onto our plane and took 2 days to get to us. We had to buy some clothes and toiletries. Lufthansa said they would refund the toiletries and 50% of the clothes unless we return the clothes to them. No other airlair demands you to send the clothes to them, but fine. I didn't really care that much. It's been well over a month now since we've sent them the receipts and nothing. We follow up, email, try to contact them in many different ways, but nothing. They are completely ghosting us. I will never fly with them again. They might be nice if everything goes well but as soon as there's an issue, you're on your own

Rubbish customer services, couldn't find a phone number for them and the online chat is a nightmare. The flight was rescheduled but the additional baggage didn't automatically transfer over. They couldn't resolve the problem via the chat and had to get a different department to sort it out. I've been left in limbo now worrying that I'll be charged extra when I get to the airport. British Airways are so much better when you have a problem.

Disgraceful airline. Unfortunately had to fly with them twice, with a stopover in Frankfurt. First flight, they provided nothing to eat, not even to purchase. When I enquired about this I was told rudefully, "It's a short flight, so we don't serve food." When I correctly pointed out, that other customers received food, I was told once again rudefully, "that's for members only." The flight was at breakfast time, so had to go hungry until I got to Frankfurt Airport. Then I had a connecting flight at lunchtime. Same scenario, no food, told "short flight no meal service" and "meals are for members only." Then for an encore, they lost my luggage. Even before they lost my luggage, I vowed never to fly with them again, the lost luggage just sealed their fate.

Missed flight connection due to airline error

I missed my flight connection because of an error on the part of the airline. Consequently, I had to stay overnight partway home and arrived at my final destination over 12 hours late. I believe I am entitled to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004. However, the form provided does not include an option for compensation, and there is no other way to contact them.

Significant delays and baggage issues

Our flights experienced delays, and we were concerned our baggage was lost when it didn't appear on the escalator. It appears that due to the flight being fully booked, there wasn't enough space for all the luggage. We are still waiting for our bags to arrive. Overall, very disappointing!

Frustrating Experience with Delays

We had a brief flight planned from Amsterdam to Munich — only 1 hour — but found ourselves waiting for over 4 hours trapped on the plane at the gate at the airport. Initially, there was a 2-hour delay before boarding, followed by another 2+ hours on the plane due to a lack of de-icing resources. We noticed other planes departing on schedule, leading us to believe the service was not prioritizing our flight.
