I can only add to the long list of awful experiences at the hands of Lufthansa. Delayed flights, missed connections, involuntary downgrades, awful Customer Relations (if you can get hold of anyone) lies, abuse and insult is all you get. Never ever use Lufthansa again. They are the worst airline by far that I have ever had the misfortune to fly with. Not even the Chairman has the courtesy to reply to mail.
