On Dec 2022 I called Lufthansa customer service to confirm if is space available to take dog from UK to Tenerife. Based on agent advice a bought flight ticket with one stop in Frankfurt. Agent checked both flights and confirmed additional service (space for dog) is available. Two weeks before my flight I found that service is not available. I spoke several times to Lufthansa customers service Ben - supervisor, Fiona support agent said they will confirm with EW Discover and let me know in 24hrs. After 24hrs nobody contacted me so I call directly to EW Discover who said they don't have facilities.I have been lied twice when I bought ticket by Lufthansa agent and by Ben - customer supervisor / Fiona support agent.
