We received a confirmation on Tuesday for a 10 AM Saturday pickup. At 9:45 i received a text stating they were 20 minutes away. At 10:30 i texted them asking when they would arrive they replied 5 minutes. At 10:50 I asked they again when they would arrive they said 5 minutes. 11:27 I received a text stating they had to unfortunately had to cancel the agreement. We had to leave the following day. We had to rent a truck a move ourselves. DO NOT USE this company. Oh by the way there is one you can call. Everything is on line support that takes 10 - 15vminutes to reply.
