Review Time
We received a confirmation on Tuesday for a 10 AM Saturday pickup. At 9:45 i received a text stating they were 20 minutes away. At 10:30 i texted them asking when they would arrive they replied 5 minutes. At 10:50 I asked they again when they would arrive they said 5 minutes. 11:27 I received a text stating they had to unfortunately had to cancel the agreement. We had to leave the following day. We had to rent a truck a move ourselves. DO NOT USE this company. Oh by the way there is one you can call. Everything is on line support that takes 10 - 15vminutes to reply.
I decided to buy a piece of furniture and have it brought into the house while my boyfriend was away at a Super Bowl party. So the decision was made last minute and I was trying to have it done before he got home as a surprise. The service was perfect. I reached out for movers and they were at my house in 45 minutes and the job was done perfectly and they were very very friendly. This is my second time using the service and have already recommended it to many people because it's so useful.
I have no problem with the movers. I got a quote for 96 or 98 dollars plus 2 / min. I didn’t know what the 2 dollar included. I booked on line so I didn’t talk to anyone. I figured it would be a little over 100. I got my bill and it was 200. There were all these fees for booking etc that were never shown. I will not be a returning customer too expensive! They just moved a couch 15 minutes down the road. This happened 2/82026.
This company steals from its "contractors" that they treat like employees. They pay under minimum wage. Which they get away with by saying we're "contractors". You make significantly less then minimum wage. This company is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM OR WORK FOR THEM. you will get scammed.

I’d never used Lugg before. The movers moved a very heavy buffet and I only booked 4 hours ahead. They picked up the item from a distance of 50 miles and took care when loading and unloading. They set it up and it was carefully brought into the house! Fantastic service.
