If I could, I wouldn't even give it a star. I've been trying to retrieve my items since the start of October. I've emailed and called multiple times, even made a trip there only to find the shop closed. This is completely unacceptable. You have my item, yet no one answers my calls or emails. The service is dreadful, and I can't recommend it at all. I urgently need my item, and I expect someone to reach out to me.
