I reached out on December 18th and located my bag, then made the payment on the 20th. However, they never sent it, and I had to remind them via message on January 7th. They eventually responded, stating they would send it, but I received no answer when I inquired about the delivery timeframe. Now, I'm without my bag, which contained important items. Extremely unsatisfactory.
Danielle provided outstanding assistance; as soon as I sent a photo of my missing item, it was identified within hours. She then arranged for a courier to deliver it to my home while I was abroad. Thank you once again. However, I do have some negative feedback. The courier delivered my expensive watch today but failed to use the security button for access to my elderly mother's secured flat, simply leaving the watch on a wooden seat at the entrance. The pins on the watch strap are broken, likely due to mishandling by the courier, as it wasn't properly protected during delivery. This has resulted in additional costs and damage, reflecting poorly on the courier service.
Based on various reviews, it's clear that the Birmingham branch has significant issues. Avoid this location if possible. They rarely answer calls and respond to emails with just one automated message before going silent. They have a personal and sentimental item of mine that was taken at security, and getting it back seems impossible. The customer service is appalling—why is there never anyone available to answer the phone?

This is unacceptable. You have my item, but no one answers my calls or emails. The service is terrible, and I cannot recommend it.
