I wouldn't even give it a star if I could. I've been trying to retrieve my items since early October. I've called and emailed numerous times and even visited, only to find the shop closed. This is unacceptable. You have my item, but no one answers my calls or emails. The service is terrible, and I cannot recommend it. I urgently need my item and expect someone to contact me regarding this issue.
