Pretty poor service from the company. Their rep onboard the HAL cruise ship lied to us on getting our luggage tags. He seemed indifferent about his job and I could sense something was amiss because HAL had their rep standing next to him watching each customer interaction. The only saving grace is they use UPS for the actual transport and delivery.
