Great delivery service for ships, but instructions need to be followed

The service excels in delivering to ships, provided that the instructions are adhered to. I had two back-to-back cruises and opted for expedited service from my cruise in Boston on October 4th, expecting delivery by October 7th for my NYC cruise departing at 4 PM. On October 6th, I received a call indicating that my luggage might not arrive in time for departure. Thankfully, the ship was delayed by three hours due to cargo loading for a trans-Atlantic journey. My luggage was delivered to my cabin by 5 PM. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my luggage in under 10 days after returning home.

Super satisfied and will definitely use again!

This is such a convenient service and so user friendly; so much easier than packing a box and lugging it to a shipping office. Luggage Forward takes care of everything, including all customs documents. All you have to do is pack your suitcase(s), and attach the provided shipping label. Luggage Forward arranges for a pickup at your house and your luggage will be waiting for you upon your arrival. Customer service was great and answered all my questions in a timely and courteous manner. Whenever the occasion arises, I will be using Luggage Forward again!

Smooth sailing!

The pickup and drop off went off without a hitch. The real time tracking of our luggage brought us great relief knowing that there was little chance the bags wouldn’t be waiting for us at the ship.

I have used your service several times…

I have used your service several times and it is wonderful. No wrestling with luggage. However, there is one thing I wish you would do. When you get off a cruise it is like a zoo and it is difficult to find the agent. If they had some form of ID to make it easier to spot them it would be VERY helpful.
