I have been in contact with the Luhxe support department for a month and change regarding a defective bag. While they sent me a replacement, I have not recieved any information regarding a return label for the faulty bad from my first shipment. I am disappointed with service of this company. For as much as these bags cost, I would presume that the company would have its shipments and communication between departments in order. There has been delays in communication with the aftersales department and support emails. I have not heard from the aftersales department yet, whereas I was told upon delivery, I would receive return instructions. I recieved my new package a week ago. This leaves the impression that the tracking of delivery through the company is also disorganized. Very underwhelmed with this company.
