My 28-year-old daughter usually rolls her eyes at my purchases but when she saw this bag she said "Mom, that's actually really cool." Coming from her that's basically a Nobel Prize! She even asked if she could borrow it for her work trip. First time she's ever wanted to use something of mine. Feels good to finally buy something she thinks is smart instead of "so mom."

Package was delayed 2 weeks and I was frustrated because my coworkers had all recommended this bag. But customer service was amazing - they expedited a replacement AND gave me a travel organizer set free. The bag is exactly what my coworkers said it would be. Now I understand why our whole office seems to have switched to these!
I cancelled my order within 30 minutes of placing it. I emailed, phoned, texted multiple times as recommended. I did not receive a reply until 2 days later asking me why I wanted to cancel. Sent yet another email and phoned, and another 2 days to reply and was told it was already mailed. They sent it anyways. I emailed for a return label after receiving it in a box partially opened and mangled. they replied 2 days later that they Do not provide a return label and it is up to me to return. AND GUESS WHAT?? IT SHIPS TO CHINA!!!! YES, CHINA!! YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THAT WOULD COST TO SEND IT BACK????
BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!
I am a horrible packer. While I haven't use either of the 2 bags I ordered, I know this will be the answer. Nobody ever showed me how to pack, I feel confident these bags will be my savior .

I bought 2 of these. One for me and one for my daughter for when she and her husband and daughter go on their trips to the mountains and have to fill the back of their car with separate suitcases. This has the capacity for all 3 of them for a 4 day weekend trip on one bag. Very cool!

I ordered 3 of these bags, when I opened and packed the black bag I could not zip the zipper because the teeth were crooked and bent and the zipper wouldn't go up. The second bag as soon as I zipped it it split and wouldn't go back together. I contacted them immediately and th3y offered a 15 percent refund and when I said it was unacceptable they then ignored me. Looks like I will have to contact my bank and hope they will refund my payment. I do not recommend this bag at all not for the price they're asking!
I go on vacation every year for 2 family reunions in Virginia and I live in Iowa… my parents are no longer with us so my sister and I travel every year and so I purchased 2 sets of the Luhxe bags one for each of us! Everything went easy, I saw a story on Facebook about this bag. Pretty convincing! I checked your ad, I liked what I saw, and it was on sale. So I ordered it, then of course, before I checked out, you offered another one at an even lower price!🤦🏻♀️ So of course I just had to get another in black. Like I actually needed another one! NOT! BUT Now I have 2 for just one person! But I love them. Then I ordered the travel make-up bag.🤦🏻♀️ LOL I DON'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE! LOL Now I just need to go somewhere!
