I ordered my granddaughter the bag in November 2025. Normally she travels to see her dad in another state but decided not to go so her bag waited until today. She’s a senior in high school and left to attend a FBLA state conference. She had to get her purse out of the bag and when she zipped it up the zipper completely broke. She had to get on the bus holding the bag together because I didn’t have time to get her another bag from home. It was 6:45 am and there weren’t any stores open at that time either. We are both very frustrated yet happy it was a school bus not airplane. I sent an email asking for help even though her warranty was over 3 weeks ago. This was the first time the bag was used. Not with $129! I will update if they help me or at least respond to my email.
One last thing…if only had 4 days of clothes in the bag so it wasn’t stuffed.
