My order arrived in a timely manner; however I was sad to find that the main zipper did not work well and would not catch so closing the bag was not an option. An obvious issue.
I took a video of the issue and emailed Luhxe and they responded right away with a very considerate and apologetic message. My new bag is on it's way and I CANNOT WAIT!!!! I have so much travel coming up - so to make sure that the Luhxe bag was a good decision, I did do a few trials of packing the broken bag and it really is super. I get the hype!!
