When I received the product, I don’t really like the bag because the zipper doesn’t close completely and the roller is not that stable. The tricky part, when I requested a return, they said I have to send it back to China plus I have to pay re-stocking fees. The cost to mail the product to address provided by them is half of the total cost I paid for the bag. Basically you would only get less than half of the total purchase if your return is successful. I would not recommend this product unless you really know you will like it.
