For one thing, I received my bag rather quickly. I was able to use my bag for a long weekend trip with various events happening which required different types of clothing. I packed everything I needed & still had plenty of room. The only thing is I ordered the bag without the wheels, I am ordering another bag with the wheels so toting the bags around will be easier for me. I love your quality & the extras that come with the bag.
