Bag broke after a few uses and when I reached out to them, I also realized they had charged my credit card three times. I inquired about this and the broken bag and got endless runaround. I've given up with them and filed a dispute with my credit card and a complaint with the BBB (they're not BBB accredited, which I now wish I had checked on before buying anything with them). They're awful, do not give them your credit card info.
