Ultimately, I had to switch to a standard rolling bag that offered more space. One bag arrived stained, and the company's response was unsatisfactory. The 'leather' feels cheap, and the overall quality seems flimsy. The return process is problematic, with shipping back to a location overseas costing over $115, plus a restocking fee. They even suggested a small discount to keep the bags. This feels like a scam—charging high prices for low-quality products and complicating returns. I cannot stress enough: avoid these bags.
