Consider this a negative star review. Trust all of the bad reviews, they are true, please read before buying!!I purchased the “premium” Travel 2.0 bag from Luhxe.com. I saw them available on Amazon but thought if I ordered directly I would get the real thing, WRONG!!After spending $180 I received the bag quickly, but it was not the one on the website. Instead, I received a cheap knockoff version, very flimsy and plastic without some of the advertised compartments. When I reached out to customer service I was told that variations in manufacturing happen sometimes. I was given 2 options: keep the bag for an added 20% discount, or spend about $75 to send back to China for a partial refund (20% restocking fee). Oh and if I wanted to reorder, I couldn’t be guaranteed that I would receive the correct bag!! What?! I should have ordered from Amazon, then I could have sent it back for free for a FULL refund. I ended up going with the added 20% discount.So, I now have a thin, plastic bag that I paid $144 for and cannot use it for its intended purpose (see other customer reviews of the fake bags ripping).Bottom Line…THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
