Let's start with original order. I was buying for a trip I was taking. The original delivery date coincided with my trip. Unfortunately there were numerous delays and I did not get on time but 6 weeks later! When I finally received the bags (I ordered 2 bags) I had no trips planned. I finally did get to use the bags 2 weeks ago. The roller option that I ordered gave me a pull up handle with wheels. Unfortunately the platform that holds the bag kept unhinging and did not allow bag to stand on it's own which was very much a hassle. Secondly the zipper to the hanging area on the 2nd bag fell apart!! I was upset and contacted company. They understood (NOT) but refused to help due to their 90 day warranty expiring. I explained that when I ordered bags it was for a trip and it never arrived on time. I explained I don't travel that often and the 90 day rule was very unfair as they never met their original delivery date. Had they met their original delivery date I would have easily been within 90 day policy. We went back and forth on this issue and they absolutely refused to do anything. They also claim the bag is leather...it is not. This company is a total ripoff. They are the reason this problem exists and they take zero responsibility for their part in this fiasco. There are other companies that make this bag and I strongly suggest you consider a different company as this company could care less about customer satisfaction. HORRIBLE experience.
