I needed this bag for a trip overseas and I had 3 weeks and sent them an email - my cart was open. Somehow they charged me for the bag 3x and got them all AFTER I returned from the trip. They are complicate and they don’t roll unless you buy the wheels which are cheap. I contacted them to return at least 2 of them and they wouldn’t even send a return label and have a 20% restocking fee plus you have to pay shipping. They must count on this for you to just be stuck with the bag. DoNOT suggest a purchase. Ugh
