This company is a total scam! I tried to cancel my order because it had been over a week since I placed with expedited shipping and had no update. They said they only have a 6 hour cancellation window! WTF?!?! When I was FINALLY provided a shipping update, it showed the item didn't ship until 3 days after I reached out. They refused to refund my money and are now trying to charge me the shipping to send the items back along with a 20% restocking fee. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but they never replied. Now I'm out all this money for bags I no longer even need because they did not arrive in time
