Spent $300-$400 on a bag for Christmas gift they never sent the bags when I asked for a refund they made it very complicated and I didn’t get a refund effectively stealing my money. Their website purposely puts pop ups to make you missclick and they don’t have an option to cancel. Any positive reviews of this bag are probably from company employees. After I got scammed I decided to do more research and found many people went through similar experiences. Those who actually did get the their bag -many of whom had threatened to sue, complained that their bags had a horrible fish smell. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
