Ordered a bag for a trip, was really excited, the bag was shipped to the incorrect address. I tried to change the address with them and Ups. No luck. The bag is now lost and they refuse to work with ups to initiate tracking. 6 emails stating ups will only work with the shipper. Now they want to charge me more shipping to send it again instead of working with UPS. I am asking for a refund. Bad cs =bad product.
