I would honestly write a negative 10 if I could. I would attach a picture if I actually got my bag. These guys uses a very shady delivery company that delivered my package on the wrong damn day than what they promised, and of course it arrived an hour before I got home because I have a job and had already plan to be home early on the delivery date that they promised. It was probably stolen, but I thought that any decent brand would help out in this case because this kind of thing happens all the time now a days. I had paid for the unlimited replacement package as well so figured let’s just use that and call it a day. TOTAL scam alert. The company is stone walling me and not letting me use my paid for insurance policy. They have been making me jump through hoops for days with no luck. My thoughts and prayers to anyone who foolishly takes the plunge and tries to buy from these scam artists. 0 stars for price, 0 stars for quality, 0 stars for customer service. This is honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Do NOT buy.
