I ordered a bag from Luhx well over a week ago, and they still haven’t even shipped it. I contacted them twice—first I was told they would look into it and get back to me, but I never heard anything. When I followed up again and asked to cancel and get a refund, they refused, saying the order was “processed,” even though they still couldn’t tell me when it would actually ship.For the amount I paid, I expected at least timely shipping and better communication. Instead, I was left with no updates, no clear answers, and no option to cancel despite not knowing when my order would arrive.Extremely disappointed in their service.
