I cancelled my order within 30 minutes of placing it. I emailed, phoned, texted multiple times as recommended. I did not receive a reply until 2 days later asking me why I wanted to cancel. Sent yet another email and phoned, and another 2 days to reply and was told it was already mailed. They sent it anyways. I emailed for a return label after receiving it in a box partially opened and mangled. they replied 2 days later that they Do not provide a return label and it is up to me to return. AND GUESS WHAT?? IT SHIPS TO CHINA!!!! YES, CHINA!! YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THAT WOULD COST TO SEND IT BACK????
BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!
