I was so excited about this purchased. Read high reviews and did my research. Waiting 3 weeks for the wrong bag was not a great way to start. They apologize explanation was the bag I ordered was on back order so they just sent another color, which would have been good IF the that bag was not defective!!!
Customer Service didnt seem to grasp the bag was defective, oh you can keep and we will mail another bag promptly, which was 4 weeks again.
No bag or refund, even though the website claims 30 day money back guarantee...you have hops to jumps.
