Really disappointed to say the least. Bought my little one a dino brush 25 May 2025 and received it shortly after in the UK. My little one wasn’t really sure at first, but took to the brush quite quickly. Unfortunately, one day when brushing her teeth, she submerged it in her bath, but I quickly grabbed it out and gave it a good dry. It stopped working. I decided to reach out to Lulabini on the 4th July in hope that they could help. I just wanted to know if the brush had a warranty on it. I received an email the following day to say that they would get back to me once the information was passed on to their team to review. I had to chase them three times after that, on the 18th, 24th July and 11th August. All 3 times I was told that they would get back to me with a reply as soon as they had an answer. All I wanted to know is if the brush has a warranty!!!! It’s taken just over 6 weeks with no answer in sight. How difficult can it be!!! I’ve googled up the product on their website and it states that the brush is waterproof. I’m fed up of chasing up and having to wait. This is so unprofessional.
