Fantastic service!

The customer service was fantastic, keeping me informed about delays. This was especially helpful for my child, who is autistic and was eagerly awaiting the parcel. The brush itself is wonderful; my son, who struggles with brushing, now grabs this brush and uses it more than necessary. He absolutely loves it! Highly recommend.

Delivery times are unacceptable!

I still haven't received my product. I ordered it on September 3rd, 2025, and today is October 13th. No sign of it despite promises of updates. It better be worth the wait, but I've decided that no matter how much I like it, I won't order another for my baby. I'll look for another option.
