STEER CLEAR OF THIS FRAUDULENT SERVICE… my parcel was supposedly left at my doorstep according to the delivery photo, but it was never actually delivered as it wasn't posted through my door. It's likely been stolen from my doorstep, and they refuse to refund or send a replacement, which breaches their contract. I've escalated this with my credit card provider since I have all the evidence. They're basically dismissing me, claiming their GPS shows it was delivered! However, there's no signature or proof of posting, just a photo of the parcel on my doorstep 😡… an appalling service, but I'm aware of my rights and will ensure I get my money back 😡😡
