The service only offers refunds in the form of a gift card that has an expiry date. The product I received was of poor quality and looked terrible. When I asked for a refund, I was given the choice between a gift card or bank transfer. I opted for the gift card, thinking I might find something else, but there was nothing I wanted. I emailed to request a full refund, but they refused. Now I have a gift card that expires in a month for items I don't want or need. I returned the goods but am still being denied a refund. Disappointing service.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS FRAUDULENT SERVICE… my parcel was supposedly left at my doorstep according to the delivery photo, but it was never actually delivered as it wasn't posted through my door. It's likely been stolen from my doorstep, and they refuse to refund or send a replacement, which breaches their contract. I've escalated this with my credit card provider since I have all the evidence. They're basically dismissing me, claiming their GPS shows it was delivered! However, there's no signature or proof of posting, just a photo of the parcel on my doorstep 😡… an appalling service, but I'm aware of my rights and will ensure I get my money back 😡😡
When I received the extensions, I was THRILLED with them. I did the color match (which I highly recommend) and they matched my hair perfectly; none of my friends could tell the difference. They stay securely in place. However, one of the clips had a hole in the lace, making it loose (the only issue I encountered). I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly pleasant and responsive, ensuring my satisfaction and dispatching a replacement. I can't recommend these extensions enough; they are beautiful, don’t tangle, and can also be styled with heat.
Mistakes happen and part of my order was the wrong color! I emailed that night, and the next morning the representative replied and fixed the issue very efficiently, sending out a replacement! Shipping was super fast! This is a gift, so I haven’t opened it yet, but it looks to be of very high quality. Thank you for saving my gift!!
AVOID FOR HOLIDAY GIFT PURCHASES! I bought a hairpiece as a holiday gift. When it was opened this week, it was the wrong color. I was informed that since it was past 14 days, there are no refunds or options for exchange/store credit. This is outrageous for this time of year when return policies are typically extended!
