The service only offers refunds in the form of a gift card that has an expiry date. The product I received was of poor quality and looked terrible. When I asked for a refund, I was given the choice between a gift card or bank transfer. I opted for the gift card, thinking I might find something else, but there was nothing I wanted. I emailed to request a full refund, but they refused. Now I have a gift card that expires in a month for items I don't want or need. I returned the goods but am still being denied a refund. Disappointing service.
