Lulu and Georgia charges shipping and handling a lot more than any other furniture store and you would think that they would use a "premium" delivery service. They use FedEx and the fedex delivery left our rug shipment outside in the rain without even ringing our door bell. The water seeped through the packaging on both ends.If you're charging "premium" shipping price, you better step up with your shipping service carrier, or at the very least you have to tell them to handle your packages with care, otherwise, STOP charging "premium" shipping price or use REAL premium shipping service like other stores.
