$900 spent. Three incorrect orders. Two months wasted. Zero accountability.
This has easily been the worst customer experience I’ve had with any company.
I ordered a pillow in a specific color for $150 plus shipping. Instead of receiving the correct item, I was sent the wrong color three separate times.
After the second mistake, customer service assured me they had escalated the issue and personally spoke with the supplier to ensure the third shipment would finally be correct. It wasn’t. The third order arrived wrong again.
Only after the third failure did customer service admit that this is a known issue with the item. If the company already knows there’s a problem fulfilling this product correctly, why is it still being sold on the website?
At first I was told to keep or discard the incorrect pillows. Later I was asked to return the wrong item, adding yet another inconvenience after already waiting more than two months for the correct product.
Customer service is also extremely difficult to reach. There is no direct phone support, even after I requested a call. Your only options are sending emails and waiting indefinitely for a reply or sitting in chat hoping someone eventually responds.
To add insult to injury, shipping is outrageously expensive. I spent over $900 on several pillows, and shipping alone was around $90. After months of mistakes and repeated inconvenience, the company’s solution was to refund $20 in shipping.
I was also offered a refund, but that’s not a real solution when I ordered multiple pillows specifically to match this color scheme. After months of waiting and repeated errors, “just get a refund” doesn’t fix the time and planning already invested.
Premium prices should come with premium service and basic quality control. Instead, this experience has been defined by repeated mistakes, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.

I purchased the Cora Sideboard and am extremely disappointed with the quality. I expected this item to make a statement in my entry. It does...just not the one I intended to make. There is no craftsmanship, the sideboard stain looks very unprofessional and the piece is not sturdy. I will not be purchasing anything else from Lulu and Georgia for my home remodel as the pictures and the description of this piece were misleading.(as an aside...the delivery service was exceptional. For what's THAT worth)

$1800 dining table. Cracks from top to bottom on each leg of four legs after only used for 2 months. Not worth the money! When I accept the discount, there was just cracks on one leg but a few days late, I found large cracks on all four legs which means this is a quality control issue. If I knew about this I would never accepted the credits cause initially I thought this is just an incident. Accepting the discount does not justify this is a quality product and it’s not worth the money.
Horrible quality products, especially when considering the price point. I brought one light and it arrived ed broken. They sent a replacement, which had twisted strands but oh well. I bought nightstands and within months, the finish began coming off. They have refused to replace or refund me. Horrible company.
I paid over $500 for Poiret European Flax linen sheet and a Sarah Sherman Samuel Lanie linen bolster pillow. I still believe that a company that advertises itself as a higher quality purveyor of goods also provides good service. Not at all. I notified them that I have video and images of the person that stole my delivery from the front door. I asked for help and this was their swift reply. FedEx took a picture of your delivery. We can offer no replacement or refund. Not our problem.No security in delivery even when the building has a secured mail room. No attempt of any service. It is very disappointing.
Ok this company truly has treated me the best and I am highly surprised. I purchased 3 times now. All items have delivered to me. I know it's annoying they don't have a phone number, but if you email them, they will get back to you within 2 days. I had one painting that was final sale that was a little off color, they contacted the supplier and shipped me a new one for free. Then I had one rug with a small defect and I asked about it, and they said due to item being on back order they decided to refunded in full. All my other items have been pristine and perfect! So far I have purchased 2 paintings, 6 chairs, a kitchen table, two lamps, a rug, and a rug pad. I just wanted to make this review because they truly have gone above and beyond. I will continue to buy from them and appreciate their sales they offer. Their shipping estimates are accurate and their quality is backed up from all my purchases I have made. Thank you Lulu & Georgia! I will continue to be a loyal customer.
I would highly advise against ordering from Lulu and Georgia. I placed an order for a dining table on December 8, 2025 to which the website stated it would be delivered by December 22. By December 16 there was no confirmation email of the order sent or email with any tracking information, to which I reached out to them via Instagram on December 13th (because there is no customer service number). They informed me that the table takes 2-3 weeks to ship, which is not what the website stated when I placed the order, and to please wait until December 29th for the table to ship. I informed them that their website stated it would be DELIVERED by December 22nd, to which they ignored my message. 3 days later I sent them the same message again to which they responded with a tracking link- which stated nothing more than “label created”. By December 26th, I still have yet to hear anything from the company or see any update on the tracking link they provided- I reach out again. They ask for my order #, to which I found strange because it was already in our message thread and yet again-no response from them, no update. December 29th (the date they told me to wait until for the table to ship) there is still no update on the tracking link so I reach out, again. I informed them I am no longer interested in this dining table, as it has been three weeks since being ordered and to please go ahead and cancel my order- to no surprise they do not respond to my message. On December 30th I message them again and ask to please confirm my order cancellation, to which they send me a tracking link stating that the table is set to be picked up on December 31st for shipping and they state nothing regarding my request to cancel the order. Being that it had been almost a week and a half since the original delivery date I was expecting (December 22nd) I respond by saying I am no longer interested and to continue with canceling my order. They do not respond, to which I copy and pasted the same message FOUR TIMES and sent it at different times- to which again, I was ignored. It is not January 5th, 5 days since I last heard from them regarding my order being cancelled and I still have yet to know if they proceeded with the cancellation or not. This company portrays themselves as a luxury furniture company and they have pieces that are beautiful and make it seem that way but nothing on the back end reflects that. Customers are paying too high a ticket price to be given a run around for an entire month. If this table was ordered during the holidays, I could be understanding and patient but this was placed WAY before the holidays. This is unacceptable.
I bought the Brooke 5-drawer dresser for $1600 plus $250 shipping. The first time it arrived damaged, so it was sent back before it even came into the house. When the new one arrived, I was honestly shocked by the horrible quality. The drawers don't extend all the way so it's hard to get to the back, they aren't soft close (I should have checked the description), and the quality of the drawers is what I would expect from Target or Walmart. It just feels like junk. So we're faced with a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping it back plus losing the $250 we paid for white glove delivery (plus what I tipped the men who came). That's over $700 with nothing to show for it. The company doesn't even list a phone number, so you can't talk to a live person. I will never again buy from this company.
Do not order from lulu & Georgia! First the shipping company lied to me stating that they couldn’t deliver my sideboard, the day my delivery was supposed to be scheduled. Then it got rescheduled after waiting so long for it and it arrives defective. I’ve been trying to contact lulu and Georgia for 5 days and have yet to get a response from them. Completely unprofessional, as a returning customer I am so dissatisfied and disappointed and have never imagined being treated like this and lied to by a well known company!
